- On the therapists being allocated, please update her in regards to any medical issues or conditions you may have including: pregnancy, high blood pressure, known heart conditions , or if there are any special needs for your therapy
- For guests staying in the Hotel or and outside accommodation, please confirm with your hotel or villa front desk that a private massage therapist is allowed to enter the premises
- Please contact the hotel or villa front desk and inform them that you are expecting a therapist at the specific time booked
- Should the Therapist not be allowed to enter the hotel or villa, you will still be required to pay for the first hour of their treatment, in order to pay for their time and their transportation
